Tako Wine: Blue Lable The strength of this wine is its pure sourness. The color blue is distinctive
compared to ordinary red wine.
Iwate Prefecture, the home region of the grape is perfect for grapes to grow because of its temperature changes throughout a year.
Its fresh smell of blueberry that makes one remind of spices or minerals, is powerful unlike most of red wines containing sulfite as preservative.
The cold environment increases the amount of malic acid resulting its sourness to stand out.
